About This Project

Commissioned by Juodeliai, a reconstruction and new construction project for production and industrial buildings, together with engineering infrastructure, was prepared in Marijampolė Municipality. The project provides for the expansion of the existing production site through the construction of new production and storage facilities, as well as the installation of all infrastructure required for their operation.

The company’s core business is related to timber processing and the manufacture of wood products. The project includes the development of new production buildings, storage facilities, and auxiliary structures, enabling increased production capacity and more efficient organisation of manufacturing processes.

Particular attention was given to site functionality and logistics. Buildings and structures have been arranged to ensure efficient raw material supply, product storage, and vehicle circulation throughout the site. The project also includes the design of new engineering networks, transport infrastructure, and other solutions necessary to support production activities.

The proposed buildings have been designed in accordance with contemporary energy efficiency and operational standards. Upon completion, the project will increase the company’s production capacity, improve working and storage conditions, and create opportunities for the continued growth and development of the company’s operations.
