The GRIGEO Tissue PM6 project was one of the most important modernization stages in the development of the company's paper production infrastructure. The project involved the integration of a new-generation paper machine, expansion of technological infrastructure and adaptation of production areas for high-performance tissue paper manufacturing.
The project included the integration of advanced paper production equipment, adaptation of manufacturing spaces to technological processes and the design of complex engineering systems. The design process addressed challenges related to technological integration, structural solutions, logistics, energy systems, process control and operational reliability.
As part of the PM6 project, production areas were modernized and adapted for high-capacity tissue paper manufacturing, ensuring efficient management of raw material, production and product flows. Particular attention was paid to production continuity, operational efficiency and future opportunities for capacity expansion.
The project was integrated into the existing factory infrastructure, requiring the coordination of new technological solutions with ongoing production processes, engineering systems and existing facilities. Due to the project's complexity and the specific nature of paper manufacturing, close cooperation between technologists, equipment suppliers, structural engineers and building systems designers was essential.
The PM6 project became an important part of Grigeo Tissue's production infrastructure modernization and created the foundation for further expansion of the complex. Continuing its cooperation with Grigeo Group, BSP is currently carrying out the design works for the next stage of development.
