About This Project

The Mantinga Eurobagetas production complex in Marijampolė was designed to expand modern frozen bakery production capacities and integrate advanced MECATHERM production lines. The facility is dedicated to the industrial production of baguettes, bread and other bakery products, ensuring a high level of automation and efficient process management. As one of the largest frozen bakery manufacturers in the Baltic region, Mantinga exports its products worldwide, therefore the project solutions were developed in accordance with international food industry standards and long-term growth objectives.

Particular attention was given to the integration of production technologies, optimisation of raw material and product flows, and compliance with the highest food safety and quality standards. Production, storage and technical areas were designed as a unified system ensuring uninterrupted product flow from raw material intake to final distribution.

The project included not only the adaptation of production areas for new technologies but also a comprehensive upgrade of engineering infrastructure. Advanced refrigeration, heat supply, compressed air, process control and fire protection systems were integrated to ensure reliable and efficient operation around the clock.

Architectural and engineering solutions focused on production efficiency, energy optimisation and flexibility for future capacity growth. The projects were implemented within an operating factory, requiring carefully phased construction and engineering solutions that enabled expansion and modernisation without interrupting ongoing production activities.

The facility became an important part of the Mantinga Group manufacturing infrastructure, strengthening the company’s position in international markets and creating opportunities for further expansion of frozen bakery production and export growth.
