About This Project

A new-generation manufacturing facility was designed for Megrame and Medalpas in Trakai District, supporting the company’s continued growth in the production of windows and insulated glass units. Developed on more than 11 ha industrial site, the project combines large-scale production capabilities with advanced engineering infrastructure and high environmental performance standards.

The development of more than 16 700 m² production building designed to accommodate modern manufacturing processes, warehousing functions and supporting operational facilities. The facility is planned for the annual production of approximately 300,000 m² of insulated glass units and 120,000 window units, creating a highly efficient production environment tailored to industrial-scale operations.

Particular attention was given to the architectural expression of the building. The façade combines premium metal cassette cladding systems with extensive daylighting elements that enhance interior working conditions. A system of rooflights and skylights introduces natural light deep into the production areas, improving employee comfort while reducing energy demand.

The project also includes extensive site infrastructure, such as parking facilities, loading area, stormwater treatment systems, fire-fighting water reservoirs, wastewater pumping stations and utility networks, creating a modern industrial complex designed for long-term growth.
