About This Project

A modern industrial complex has been designed in the Marijampolė Free Economic Zone for the sustainable production of animal protein and organic fertilizers. The facility includes a complete technological process, from raw material reception and preparation to product manufacturing, storage, and dispatch.

The complex comprises raw material receiving and storage areas, production sections, finished product warehouses, as well as administrative, technical, and auxiliary premises. The building layout has been developed to ensure efficient production flows, high levels of biosecurity and hygiene, and opportunities for future expansion.

Advanced technological and engineering systems are integrated throughout the facility, including HVAC, refrigeration, compressed air, automation, electrical, electronic communications, fire detection, and fire suppression systems. Dedicated laboratories, process control solutions, and product quality assurance facilities are also provided.

The project stands out through its innovative approach to the circular economy and the alternative protein sector. Its strategic location within the Marijampolė FEZ ensures excellent access to major logistics routes, while modern architectural and engineering solutions provide efficient, sustainable, and long-term operation of the facility.
