The reconstruction and expansion of the Mebelain furniture manufacturing facility was carried out within the Mogilev Free Economic Zone. The project was aimed at increasing production capacity and modernising the existing industrial infrastructure to support the company's long-term growth. As the development was implemented within an operating manufacturing environment, particular attention was given to integrating new facilities while ensuring uninterrupted production processes.
The project involved the reconstruction and extension of the existing production building, creating additional manufacturing, warehousing, and technical support areas. The building layout was reorganised to accommodate growing operational requirements, while ensuring efficient internal logistics, material flow, and product handling throughout the facility.
Architectural and engineering solutions were developed with a strong focus on functionality, operational efficiency, and long-term adaptability. The reconstruction included upgrades to building structures, façades, and engineering systems, providing the conditions required for modern manufacturing processes and evolving technological demands.
Upon completion, the project delivered a modern and flexible industrial environment capable of supporting increased production volumes and future development. The expansion became an important milestone in the company's growth strategy, strengthening its manufacturing capabilities and enhancing competitiveness in international markets.
