About This Project

A modern biotechnology research and manufacturing facility was designed within the Vilnius Innovation Industrial Park. The project combines manufacturing, laboratory, research, warehousing, and administrative functions within a single integrated environment.

The architectural concept follows the urban vision established for the Innovation Industrial Park. Building volumes are divided into clean geometric forms that reduce the perceived scale, create visual rhythm, and ensure harmonious integration with neighbouring developments.

A defining feature of the project is the landscaped L-shaped internal courtyard that symbolically brings nature into the building. Existing woodland is preserved and incorporated into the composition, while two-level recreational terraces provide dedicated outdoor spaces for manufacturing staff and administrative personnel.

Production areas are designed according to the highest cleanroom requirements. The facility incorporates research laboratories, diagnostic facilities, office premises, warehousing areas, three production lifts, and advanced engineering systems.

The façade combines solar-control glazing with premium architectural insulated panels. Vertically oriented façade modules create rhythm, complemented by architectural fins that enhance depth and visual continuity.
