What you'll do
- Design of the site development (site plan) section for industrial, logistics and energy facilities, non-residential and public buildings
- Performing the duties of the building design section manager / construction supervision manager
- Site modelling with 3D software
- Preparation and coordination of building design documentation
- Communication with architects and other project team members, and external partners
What we're looking for
- Higher engineering (urban construction and planning) or architecture education
- Building design section manager (SP, S) certificate
- Experience in site development (site plan) design
- Working skills in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other specialised software
- Organisation, ability to solve tasks, work in a team and take responsibility
